LIFESTYLE coaching
My approach to lifestyle coaching is a little more flexible than my approach to bodybuilding coaching, but I still want to help you reach your goals. It's very individualised because lifestyle clients often have different health goals, whether they are physical or mental. We work together to come up with training and diet plans that work for you to form healthy eating and training habits that you can keep up even after you stop working with me.

My goal is to help every female athlete realise her maximum potential, and I do this by working with all female federations and classes. My track record of success spans several classes and federations, so you can trust that I know how to bring out the best in every client. Programming your off-season (building) and prep (dieting) workouts to produce trophy-worthy physiques is the goal.
POSING COACH
I give hour-long sessions where we look at bringing the greatest balance to your physique, concealing any weak spots, and finding the ideal poses for you, your class criteria, and your own unique personality. No two persons should pose the same since no two physiques are the same; therefore, my lessons are specifically geared to truly get the best from you as an individual.

meet YOUR COACH, Molly
I've been in the fitness industry for a while, and I've always lived a healthy and active lifestyle since childhood, but my journey really began when I joined a small gym in 2016 to train for a Tough Mudder event to raise money for Alzheimer's society, which my grandpa was suffering from. I never imagined that my journey would lead me to this point. After believing I could do more than just run as a woman in fitness, I fell in love with the gym and the weights area!
I decided to become a gym instructor in 2017 because I enjoy exercise, I could see the benefits it was having on me and saw where I could help others. I started working in a local gym and eventually moved to bigger gyms in more senior roles, I personal trained, and taught classes in numerous gyms until 2022, when I went online. I was fortunate to work with some really skilled individuals and learn a lot about biomechanics, nutrition, hormones and other difficulties while taking many additional courses.
I had always admired bodybuilding and finally had the courage to tell others I wanted to do it. I made my stage debut in 2019, and I now look back seeing I didn’t look that great but due to the fact that social media and bodybuilding were not as prevalent at that time it’s a different world now. There were few coaches and even fewer posing coaches, but I fell in love with the sport and the whole process of pushing myself outside my comfort zone.
I returned to the stage in 2021 after a long off season, building muscle, learning the sport, and training with a coach. I unexpectedly won 5 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze, and an overall that year. I soon began coaching, posing, and judging. The judging taught me so much and helped me comprehend each class's criteria, making me a better coach and posing instructor. My expertise judging at a European level, several shows, and different federations has been crucial to my success as a coach and posing instructor. I still compete and have no plans to slow down, but I always advocate for extended off-seasons to prioritise health and return to the stage with significant improvements.
I train female athletes in bikini, figure, wellness, fit model, and other sports. Our team has won many top-3 finishes, pro cards, and overalls, and the girls keep improving. I'm always most proud of seeing these incredible women, often busy moms and working professionals, work so hard with the little time they have to become better, achieve their dreams, boost their confidence, and realise their potential. The days before the event might be hard, but seeing them on stage is the icing on top. Their accomplishments mean so much to me.
I also help competitors, ex-competitors, and women with hormonal issues like hypothalamic amenorrhoea regain their cycle due to low body fat, poor nutrient management, high stress, or hormonal birth control issues. After seeing my sister struggle and not getting treatment, I decided to work in this profession. I researched courses, read online, and listened to podcasts to convince her to let me coach her. Eight weeks later, we had our first ovulatory period, which led to a full recovery after a year and a half without a cycle. I will always be proud of this. Since then, I've helped many women naturally restore their periods and achieve health and fertility.
Lifestyle coaching is also dear to me. I assist men and women to become happier, healthier, and fitter. I work closely with mums who want more energy to keep up with the kids, working professionals who want to ditch the quick Greggs trip and coffee habit to become more healthy and better functioning, and people with high cholesterol and other nutrition-related illnesses or disordered eating to find plans that work for each individual to make a sustained and long-lasting change that gives them more energy, focus, and fitness.
I adore what I do. I love helping others every day and establishing a strong, supportive team that is each other's biggest supporters. I have big goals for my coaching and only intend to improve as the brand grows and I serve my clients better.
